What a great machine. I should of bought one years ago. Works great easy operation. Cats love it. No more scooping. No more smell. Didn't realize how much time I am saving not have to clean the boxes twice a day.

We love our new Neakasa litter box. Our cats took to it on day 1 and it has been terrific.

I bought Neakasa M 1 in summer 2024 and set it up beside the Litter Robot 3. I was pleasantly surprised that one cat took to it immediately and uses it regularly. I have not had any issues with it after about 6 months. In fact I bought a second one about a month ago but haven’t started it yet because of the mad holiday rush. I am hopeful it too will be accepted and function worry free like the first. I needed a second backup auto litter box bc the LR3 tends to stop working if I go away for even a weekend. I can’t explain it but it has happened two times in two trips in September and October. Even though I have a cat sitter who comes to take care of cats twice a day when I travel she can’t get it unstuck, so 3 cats have to have a manual box backup, Thank you for providing a viable alternative auto litter box!

Neakasa M1, I have 18 cats. Three months ago I bought a Neakasa M1, it works 100% as described by Neakasa, so now I bought three more, I had a little problem with payment, but it was my bank that had blocked for foreign transfer. I had a few questions for Neakasa customer service, I got a clear answer within 24 hours so I only have positive experiences with Neakasa. Just a recommendation for those who are interested in Neakasa M1. Do not buy via FaceBook or other websites, there are a lot of scam sellers of copy products. Buy directly at Neakasa.com. They sell in US and EU. I have bought four times and I´am very satisfied.
