Company's a fraud! Will take your money give you a product that does not work and never replies to assist you or replace the product absolutely shocking

Absolutely crap bought a navi stick with updates on it. Changed my car a month later with an exactly identical car , same 10th letter on vin ''G'' but was told by Here I would have to buy another stick. Do not use this company, go elsewhere. They just did not want to know. Said its not our fault its Vauxhall I thought by law its the suppliers responsibility to rectify a problem with their products.
