I was looking for a specific vaporizer and on my search it took me to namastevaporizers.com. The website was easy to navigate and the prices where very competitive. My order went through and I recieved an email confirming my order. I live in WA and it was shipped on Monday and was delivered Thursday. The items where exactly what I wanted. Very happy customer.

Looks like a scam website, so BEWARE. They have namastevapes review on their website, even though they have nothing to do with them. I was charged TWICE for the order that was never actually processed and there is no phone number or a live chat on their website.

Ordered a vaporizer from them and they failed to notify me that the delivery would require a signature. The carrier never left a delivery slip and so I have no idea where my +$200 package is and when I complained to customer service about not being told about the signature confirmation and asking why it was placed on my package without my request I was given an overlong, condescending response explaining their years-long history with signature confirmation, complete with tons of irrelevant information I never asked about. This all could've been avoided had they simply notified me that the package would require a signature so I could be home waiting on that day. Avoid this company and their mediocre customer service at all costs, shop anywhere else to avoid the huge hassle.

Superb in every way. I alerted customer service at info @ nameastevapes.com about my concerns because of the only other review here was negative and received a prompt response assuring that my experience would be pleasurable - at it was, in the extreme. My order was made on 1/31, and with the free shipping still arrived on 2/4. Moreover the item I ordered (24-inch acrylic bong) was well-built, well packaged, and works precisely as it ought to in every way. I commend these folks on delivering an exceptional experience (as promised) and would (and will) look first to them for future orders as needs arise. Worst experience ever. I bought a Davinci IQ and the product was damaged. I contacted the company and asked them for a replacement. Now lets keep in mind that i ordered from India hence i was asked to pay customs of nearly about 80 $ which i paid and took the delivery. Their response was We will refund you the cost of the vaporizer once it is deemed faulty. So i responded back to them saying: Unfortunately this is not the kind of customer support I expected. I won’t be sending it back and will keep it to remind me of my mistake. I will definitely write and warn others on social media to beware of you all. This was the worst online purchase I ever made. Thanks for nothing. So guys beware of these guys i think they are selling refurbished or damaged goods. Please don't support them.
