This is the most stupid answear that I ever got from a shop. they dont even feel sorry and still make it complictede instead of just asept their mistake and send the rest of the products. I decided to buy 3 products, of which I received one unit of each. I made a claim and without notifying me the company decided to refund me the money for one of the 3 products I bought. The truth is that I am very dissatisfied with their response and the treatment of their after sales team. Do not buy from this company, they advertise fraudulently and do not take responsibility. They are cheaters.
