Vivian was so kind and helpful. We were so excited for the viewfinder, but it had an issue and did not work properly. We were offered a refund or replacement, so of course we took the replacement as we were excited for the view finder. The replacement arrived quickly and we are happy that we went with the 5 view slides, so many great memories!!!!
