Ollie – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This company goes above and beyond. It wasn’t even their fault that the delivery service delivered my shipment to my front office instead of my apartment one when I contacted them they were able to locate it quickly and then they were very quick to say they were just replace it, without Hesitation. I have never seen such great customer service. I highly recommend this company. Plus my pup loves their food.

Mischa is 14 and has always been a very picky eater, so I was surprised when she didn't turn her nose up at the fresh food. We started with Farmers Dog, she ate the food but I noticed it was oily. I decided to try Ollie and she also ate your food but when I put the two side by side she choose Ollie. I like the fact it is packaged as one portion. The pork & turkey are her favorites, she doesn't care for the lamb or the chicken. The reason why I decided to try fresh food was when I had pest control come to my house because were having problems with small moths and I found them in her bag of food; it was explained to me the moths most likely came "out of" her food. This process was explained to me and it made me sick.

Upon arrival of my recent delivery of Ollie pup food there wasn’t any ice so some food had defrosted, I called the company and a very nice young man answered got some information and pulled up my account, and had a new delivery on the way in about ten minutes. It was just a minor bloop in my day thanks to Ollie’s great customer service team!

I gave the food five but one dog will not eat the kibble. The other dog loves everything and I think this is just a transition issue. I love the fact that Ollie has both wet and dry food that complement each other. The dry is prepared without high heat and both dogs accept it for treats. Wow!

I have been making homemade dog food for a few years, and decided to switch to Ollie for the time savings. My dog loves the food, it is very convenient, and I like not having to make it myself.
