I signed up for a subscription and it went well at first, then something happened.....This company charged me in October of 2023 and never sent me the order. I emailed several times as it appears that is the only way to contact them with no response. Buyer Beware....do not sign up with them. This company is very shady.

Same thing happened to me as the other person. I ordered once via their subscription and then never received any other deliveries. I tried emailing and they kept saying the delivery was on its way, but for months it never showed up. I had to call the credit card company block them.

I ordered from Myro about a year ago with no issue. I ordered again several months ago but after 1.5 months, my order still hadn't shipped. Customer service kept telling me it would ship soon, but eventually stopped giving me any information and would not respond for 2+ weeks. I had to initiate a chargeback on my card, and Myro finally responded after that and cancelled the order. A few days ago I received an email from Myro randomly stating that my subscription (? I never had a subscription through Myro) would renew in 3 days and I'd be charged. I am unable to log into my account as it's a loop; it never allows me to log in, reset my password, etc. so I can't manage the account myself (I saw on their social media pages that others had this exact same issue). Their website says they have live chat but they don't, and they don't have a phone number. They say to email them and they'll respond within 1-2 business days. I responded immediately and for the following two days but never received a response until I received an automated one on day 3 that my order had been processed. I checked my credit card statement and I had been charged. I emailed Myro again and even contacted them via social media inbox because I had no idea what to do at this point: no response. I called my credit card company who said they can initiate a chargeback but that they couldn't block future charges. Since I cannot get in touch with Myro and cannot remove my credit card information from my account myself (or close it), I ended up having to cancel my card. This was a huge inconvenience since I use this card for everything: it is attached to all of my accounts and set up for any autopays I have. Please, please do not give this company your credit card information or place an order with them. If you already have an account with them, I recommend removing your credit card info and closing it if you can.

I never knew this company and yet I see my credit card charged by them. Stealing is a crime!!!

When I first ordered my Myro deodorant (Chill Wave scent) I was super excited because I had heard really good things. Unfortunately, when I used it though, I noticed the stick was super soft and almost melted even though I kept it in a cool dry place. I sent them an email and they told me they had others say the same thing, so they redid their formula and they sent me three new refill sticks for free. These have stayed hard and are working really well. I love it! I do have to reapply as the days are getting hotter, but for a natural deodorant I am impressed!
