I really appreciate the fact that I received the glasses in a timely fashion. Also, I absolutely love my glasses! I got two pairs, for literally 51$!! A prescription sunglasses and a clear lens. Both are pretty accurate when it comes to the prescription! I definitely have already told several people, including family and coworkers about you guys! I originally ordered one pair of progressive photochromic. After about a week, I changed my mind and decided to use the buy 3 for $119 deal instead. They accommodated me, I just paid the extra. Excellent customer service!! I started by ordering 3 pr. 1 pr was a Brown Reyes frame single vision, 2 pr were Blue and Gunmetal Gates progressive photochromic. When the 2 Gates pr arrived, they were way too narrow and fit my face very tightly. Taylor and Hygge agreed to remake the 2 Gates pr. for larger Shelton Frames. Excellent customer service!! While waiting for the 2 Shelton remakes to arrive, the top of the right lens on the Brown Reyes pr started to delaminate. I informed Muukal and they agreed to remake this pair as well. Again, Excellent customer service!! So now, the remade Blue Shelton pr. Has delaminated at the edge. I inquired with Taylor if it was possible to get this fixed. They offered to do one more remake for me, unbelievable. Excellent customer service!! So out of a concern for this happening again, they suggested that I get a full rim instead of a half rim, so we settled on a pr. of Brown Milton Frames with progressive photochromic blue blocking lenses with all coatings. I don’t know what else to say. I look forward to receiving this last replacement pr. They have agreed to help at every step. I’m not sure how many other companies online or otherwise would have offered to do what they have. I have nothing but good things to say about Muukal. The glasses are nice and sturdy, the lenses are great, I love the blue blocking coating because it is not obviously yellowish. You should try Muukal. The price is great, especially the BOGO or the buy 3 for $119 deals.
