I had a problem with the delivery of a product (DPD really messed!) and the lovely Eva from Murad was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. She even offered me the product free as a gesture of goodwill which came much appreciated. I absolutely adore murads products and I can’t fault there customer service either!
