Very fast shipping. The hiking boots were the perfect size even a little bigger which is perfect. Gives me room to put on big socks. I ordered size 7 US. They are great quality and very comfortable. Exceeding my expectations.

I buy quite a lot online from Mountain Warehouse, they have a wide range of products and delivery time is always good. However for me what really stands out is their efficiency at refunds and returns. Whether I take them back into store or online I am not kept waiting for refunds as other companies do. It’s an important part of the customer experience for me and that is why I return time and time again to buy from here.
