Mopar was useless in dealing with the Jeep dealership that I repeatedly took my vehicle to for the repair of the same thing. I also had to pay a higher deductible because the second time, less than four months later, the a/c blower went out again. But now I have to use the extended warranty, which had a higher deductible. The jeep dealership, MacHaik in Ridgeland nor Mopar assumed any responsibility for the failed a/c.

They wont honor presold oil change and tire rotation on a totaled jeep. Non transferable.

Mopar now wants me to buy an extended warranty when they would not replace a steering stabilizer bar ( 2 dealers) because factory said it had to have more slack than what it did. Bought a better grade aftermarket for $10 more, stopped Al shimming. Why would I buy anything extended when you set the bar so high so you don't have to warranty within your 36,000 mole warranty? If be even dumber to buy from you people. R. W. Price ps, sure won't buy from Carlock jeep st tupelo, Ms. They will lie and tell you never been wrecked, not the one I drive now, and claim they can't find Carfax but will mail it , never do, then want to charge for front end alignment day after I bought it, took it to another dealer, said too much damage to frame. Did they offer to trade for something else, sure allowing me $10,000 less than what I have 2 days before. 'Good'peope to trade with beat anybody's price by $500 or give you $5000. Never happen. This was about may 2021 on a 21 Mojave and I complained and no one listened, I'm done with Carlock and no more jeeps.

dealer parts used to be reasonably priced. not anymore. they are acting like they are a premium brand. an alternator for a 2012 jeep patriot is $600. a tacoma alternator is far cheaper. lower control arms were $250 each 3 years ago, now over $400 each. brake shoes for drum brakes are over $100. cmon now

Very happy with my experience with Mopar.com I had ordered some parts online and someone contacted me via email and asked some questions about my order and they saved me some money. The parts I ordered individually came in a kit I had no idea about and was cheaper than ordering them separately. Thank you.
