Item lost in post and sent another item labeled as a M fits like an Xl customer support is no use and they don’t seem to care about there customers

Decent quality clothes that are comfortable. Sizing a bit small compared to other brands - particularly on tops / windbreakers, which is a shame as I'm at the top end of their available sizing so some items aren't offered in a size that fits me. Pricing maybe a little high when items not in the sale. In my most recent order, I included a couple of sizes and returned the smaller one after trying on. Order was delivered promptly, even with the standard delivery option. Return was hassle free - it took perhaps around a week for the refund to be sent, but allowing a few days for the return delivery and perhaps another day or two for it to be approved once delivered it was fine and not long enough to cause me any worry. Refund was then received with no further action from me after posting it back. Overall would order again - but would look through items in the sale before buying something at full price. Would be good if they were a little more generous in the sizing, or at least offered a couple more sizes up.

Ordered next day delivery on a Friday evening and came the next morning. Amazing service and great quality product, my son is very happy with it. 😀
