Modell's – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered 3 items three weeks ago on #63610. Two arrived. The third one (primary reason for order) has not shipped. No info available online. Phone number is a recording that says to email customer support. Two email inquiries sent over the last 10 days but no reponse. Seems like a scam! Do not buy from here.

Ordered a shirt over a month ago. The phone number tells you to contact them via email (no doubt because they couldn't handle responsibility) and then two emails and 2 weeks after first contact attempt. No replies. Nothing. The order has no tracking. Just says "unfulfilled"

I order a backpack on August 27th and we are now in October 3rd and no backpack. Have emailed them several times and no response. And good luck trying to get thru their number.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! After the order was placed I get an email that it's out of stock and I'll get in store credit with no reference number or anything!

Everything from the purchase to shipping was excellent! Item exactly as described brand new in box!!! Received before christmas which wasnt expecting, but definitely a plus. Thanks so much will purchase in the future. Very happy customer here.
