The shoes are beautiful and comfortable, although the barrel of the boot is a little tight for me, but it's acceptable.It would be nice if the sole could be made more slip resistant

I have quite a few pairs of Miista boots/shoes and every pair has been perfect in size, incredibly comfortable and give my every day outfit the wow factor. Delivery has been quick and the boots/shoes well packaged. As I've not had to send anything back to Miista I can't comment on the returns experience. Quality is excellent - well worth the price tag.
