I had ordered a skin for my Alienware x14 laptop. The skin that arrived was too large and there was not a whole card for the Alienware logo. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and professional. They immediately sent out a new skin, apologizing for the mistake. The new skin fit perfectly. I was very impressed with their customer service and the quality of their product. Mistakes do happen, we all make them. The important thing is that they really took the initiative to correct, and resolve the situation. I would definitely order from mighty skins again and I would recommend them to anyone. Mighty skins thank you for your customer support and quality products!

yet it is long delivery time in Canada 15 day or so, my skin is amazing I ordered two and more on the way, I don't know for other people experience, I ordered on amazon and all works perfect , skin for iPad Pro and I love it. lot

I bought a skin from them for my arctis wireless nova pro The knob wheel sticker was cut wrong and it fit too big. I emailed them a picture of it and a compaint. The next day they appolagized and offered 50% refund. I am with you that the quality is not the best out there. But I am glad that they ain't scammers. And I also think thwy have good customer service, because they refunded me my money after they saw their mistake. Also i think their skins are half ugly lol But i still vouch for them because they are honest and cheap.

5 stars for excellent customer service. First I emailed a little upset because my tracking number hadn't updated in 2 days. They responded the following business day (I emailed them after hours) and explained that sometimes the carrier doesn't update the tracking number in timely manner. Fair enough plus it's the holidays. Tracking updated but when I received my item it had a minor cosmetic defect. I let them know and they basically apologized sincerely and sent me a replacement the next day. That's A1 customer service right there. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
