Micro-Mark has been around for as long as I could remember. I've always had a great experience with this company, and they carry a great selection of hobby tools.

Micromark delivers. I received my order in 4 days and it came packed carefully in another box. Customer service emailed me to warn me that I (accident, my fault) selected a item on back order. I didn't have to worry about my credit card, they didn't hit the card because the item was back order. I think you can trust these guys, the company is in NJ, USA.

I wrote a poor review on Micro Mark but want to say that they came through and made things right. Apparently, some other entity got a hold of my order and sent me unrelated useless materials. When I told Micro Mark they immediately shipped the correct item to me. I will order from them again!

They fixed covid 19 on website. My order shipped 6 days after order date. I'm happy and will buy from them again.

Excellent customer service! My mini-jigsaw has a very tiny screw that fell out and I could not find it (working over gravel on a windy day). It isn't a easily replaceable size. They sent me a replacement with no charge. This is customer service. I have a similar issue with another product/supplier and they'll sell me the replacement part for a very low price, but want $15 to ship it! That is not customer service. Thank you Micro-Mark for understanding your products AND your customers!
