The motherboard's worth ~$180, and the ram's worth ~$70. Even if you're upgrading and already have both a motherboard and ram, you'd probably literally save money buying the bundle and selling the mobo and ram on ebay rather than buying the 9950x alone.
Additionally, assuming you're already on the am5 platform, I generally wouldn't recommend upgrading to zen 5 if you're already on zen 4. The only meaningful reasons to upgrade from zen 4 to zen 5 are if you're: a. upgrading from non-x3d to x3d; b. suddenly require far more cores than your current cpu has for newfound productivity workloads; or c. have extremely heavy avx512 productivity workloads, particularly on linux.

I was working on my 3rd build and ran into a problem that after researching the Asus website for support, which I found useless, I decided to take my computer to MicroCenter for repair. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Worth the price of the repair. I find anytime I have a question about parts their staff is more than happy to assist.
My MC store is very well run with knowledgeable people. Never walked out without finding what I walked in looking for. Returns are hassle free as well. The website is good too. No bait and switch. Price for Apple products are lowest I have seen.
