MicroCenter – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Matt (Manager) and Victor S. in the Install/Support center in Sharonville Ohio went completely out of their way to get me back up and running. Do to my job which I cannot disclose was important and they knew it and it had to be done today. Victor took my unit back to the back diagnosed it for 2 full hours after 5 months of use and come to find out a CPU pin was arcing (Bent) causing the PC to jump the ship 5 seas at a time. (Install was installed by the manufacture for that CPU.) Anyhow, the board was done so Micro Center had a deal going on for the AMD B650 Gaming X AX V2, with AMD Ryzen 7 9700x CPU and 32GB G.Skill Flare X5 DDR-5 Series ram for $449.00. Even though I decided to upgrade the Ram Options to Corsair Vengance RGB do to I wanted one controller for all it turns out this setup is more then I bargained for.. Victor fine tuned, updated my software and tested every aspect before releasing. Matt & Victor saved the Day for me.. These 2 guys are talented and very well trained. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me today. Keep up the good work guys. In my opinion you deserve a raise.

These people helped me find the parts to build my new custom pc. All of the employees were so nice and knew a lot about computers. I had no problems with my computer and and now gaming perfectly.

I love this store. It has replaced Best Buy for me and also frys when it went out of business. I needed a tech store to get my items and they stepped up to the plate. Great company. I love it. Reasonable prices. Plenty of options. And friendly staff.

Had new gamer computer bought since Dec 15th lasty year from Build redux. It had crashes after 5 months, fortunately my cousin who works with computers told me about Micro center opening. So I waited for the day and sure enough these guys had my back. I'm telling yawl, THEY DONT DISAPOINT. They helped me so much, one day I want to repay them back. With that all being said. I have had good luck with Micro Center. I’ve purchased two or three laptops from them one I used MacBook and a couple of new laptops. I can’t say I have had any problems per se, so I haven’t tested their customer service but thus far as it been quite happy. I may be buying a refurbished MacBook Pro from Mike or Center and will send an update with that experience. I formally built and sold clone computers. Micro Center seems like that kind of place. I will say I find it hard to believe they would have such poor customer service ratings given their history and dedication to tech people.
