This was my first Meshki purchase and the dress I wanted was out of stock for the longest. Gil was super responsive to my query about the re-stock. Additionally, I ordered a size S and quickly sent an email to request to change it to XS. Gil being AMAZING quickly canceled the order (it wasn't dispatched), and placed a new one. Sandra was quick to process my refund and I received the dress (IT'S STUNNING) and the refund within 4 days (I live in Saudi Arabia). Super super impressed with the customer service and quality. MESHKI girl forever now!

I was really sceptical about receiving my order after reading all of the negative reviews however, I am so impressed with this dress. It’s such good quality, makes me feel amazing and looks just gorgeous! The delivery I feel is a bit expensive but I’m really happy with my purchase all in all. I’d be happy to purchase again if all items are this good.
