All the items came quickly and as expected. I also want to shout out Customer Service Specialist Mandy B. I needed an item next day and it inadvertantly had a ground label created. She quickly called the warehouse and confirmed it had not gone out. She updated the shipping and I got it in time. Great job Mandy!!!

Easy to work with, pricing was fair, and quality exceeded expectations

I had purchased two items about a month before we needed them for an upcoming retreat. After several weeks, I contacted them and inquired about the status of said order. They said it was not going to ship until after my event even though the website gave a significantly earlier ship date. After explaining my situation, Megan Z, a customer success specialist, assisted and made sure that I received what I had ordered. Unfortunately, the pens were out of stock that I had ordered. They did give credit back but they should have never been listed on the website if they were out of stock... hence the 4/5 stars. This was not a great experience with Merchology, but they did fulfill the order.

They really came thru and got me what I needed quickly.

We ordered a jacket with the company logo for our Intern this year. The process from start to finish was flawless. After placing the order I received numerous emails with links to review the proofs before production began. The Intern loved his jacket and I enjoyed how easy Merchology made it for me to place, pay and track my order. I would recommend them.
