They rip you off and they are assholes.

I ordered a Mega Perch cat tree, not a cheap item, and a few days before it arrived, I got an email warning me that it might need a "retrofit kit" because tightening the screws beyond the point they called "too much" (super specific) would basically make it fall apart and not be able to stand up. Well, lucky me, I tried to put it together, being very careful not to make the screws too tight, and it immediately fell apart. Basically, it's poorly designed and engineered. I sent an email to complain about this terrible, yet expensive product and they asked me to wait for the "kit" to arrive to fix it. I gave it a day and the kit arrived. The kit included A FULL SIZED BOTTLE OF WOOD GLUE, and a sandwich bag with new parts in it so that I could basically redo the portions that their factory messed up. I showed it to a few friends and a neighbor and, like me, they laughed at this being offered as a "solution" because it is ridiculous to ask a customer to do the work you should've done in the first place on a defective item. This is not the kind of product that should be being sold for this price AT ALL. It is a joke that they are trying to CYA with some wood glue and asking you to fix what they didn't build right in the first place. They should have contacted EVERY person who bought one of these and said they would either refund or take the product back, not ask a customer to fix a major problem your factory has made that makes the product inoperable and broken. Can you imagine if IKEA sold you something and said oh, but we didn't make this right so if it breaks when you build it (which it is likely to btw), can you just take out all the screws, wait 24 hrs for the glue to dry, making sure not to "over tighten" them again this time because it could break again, and then hope for the best? You'd never shop there again if they operated that way. And I will never shop here again, I can promise you that. Especially not after seeing all these reviews where people said they had the same problems with shoddy products where their messages either ignored or handled poorly. What's interesting is that their site is full of 5 star reviews, yet with a little internet research, you happen to find plenty saying otherwise.

I bought the mega perch cat tree, which looks beautiful, but arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service, they responded once and asked for photos/videos which I provided and they have not responded. This was December 7th. It’s been a month and I’ve sent 5 follow up emails, receiving no response from the company. My cat loves the tree and i would love it as well if it was safe enough for him to use, but it’s not. It also was not cheap. I paid $250.00 to be ignored by customer service.

Bought 3 cell phone cases for my samsung s8, I absolutely love them! Placed the order on April 23rd, and it shipped the 27th, and got them today. I didn't mind waiting extra with everything goin on these days. I would buy from them again. :)
