Now their competitor promised the same deal but when I tried to actually receive that credit, it wouldn’t show at checkout and I was livid. I tried to get the credit THREE TIMES to no avail. When I went to Mensuas, the process followed their directions and my checkout was seamless. I changed my mind an hour later and canceled my order. Immediately I got a text message expressing that while they could guarantee that I called in time, but they would attempt to cancel. THEN, another five minutes and they asked if their response time was acceptable to me. THIS is the way to deliver ‘service recovery’. I’m gonna get REAL ACQUAINTED with mensuas.com in the future. I feel like they not only WANT my business, they SHOW ME that they do.
