As a woman living alone, I feel safer and more secure knowing there is a real person who will come on the line quickly in an emergency. It is like insurance - I hope I never need it, but it is good to know it's there if I do.

I've had my Medical Device for several years and I've never had to use it but I have set it off accidently a few times and their response is great. My family trusts that if I do need to use it, I will get help quickly and the family will be alerted, too.

My device was not working properly, it was old and probably should have been replaced earlier. Also, I had not tested it for quite a while. The operator arranged for a replacement pendant to be sent to me, with a return address label. So the situation was easily resolved and the replacement should arrive today.

Wearing it gives me security to know the push of the button will give help if needed.
