MealPal – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

MealPal is a five star idea and service. However, I took off one star only because the new credits system is less favorable than the old system. It requires some juggling of the numbers to make sure there are enough credits to last the whole cycle, whereas it was a no brainer before. Perhaps consider switching back?

Product works as intended and is a good value prop (inexpensive lunches in New York City). Edit: Changed rating due to them solving my issue when I thought I wouldn't hear back. There are some kinks but they do give you lunch in new york city for a low price.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad??? I think MealPal is a good value, has lots of choices, and the customer service is excellent. Due to Covid 19 they gave me extra time to use my meals with no problem. I think some of the people aren't paying attention to the rules and are taking it out on MealPal.

If you eat, you should be using MealPal. You save money, eat a ton of delicious and differentiated food, and support local restaurants.

The service is great. I’ve never had any bad experiences with the vendors or anything. I wish there were customization options for food in case of allergies/preference
