Manchester United Direct – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Most of the complaints here are about poor shopping experiences at United. I have a different aspect of the club to write about, and it is very positive. I’ve been a season ticket holder for nearly 50 years, and recently had some illness. I spoke to the call centre and they suggested I email the accessibility team. I did so and got a fantastic response, which enabled me to once again attend matches. There is a lot of ill-feeling within OT about the Glazers, but the club really came through for me.

Wow, such haters on here. My experience was good with this company and I didn't have problems with them. I think the services they provide are accurate as to how they are described. If you have set expectations when you order from them, I think they are worthwhile to try. But if you are a Karen and everything has to be perfect then this is probably not for you.

Match day hospitality was amazing. Thank you so much Marie and your team for making our day extra special. Barring winning 5-0 this day could not have been any better and it was thanks to the people in the International Suite. Much love to you all

Great experience when buying from the website, quick delivery and good quality item.

This isn’t about my experience on the shop website or actually in the club shop at the ground, but it is about our experience at the ground at a match. I am writing positive feedback about two lovely security guards that were so helpful to me and my grandmother in the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand. She is quite disabled in a way that she is bad with her balance and she absolutely hates heights. We had purchased two tickets in the second tier of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand and when we got to our seats she was terrified. When we approached a lovely security guard called “Ian” he was really, really helpful with the situation, calmed her down and got his colleague “Janine”. They both helped guide my grandmother and I to two spare seats as close to the pitch as possible; in the Liverpool away end (as it wasnt sold out( this was the Legends of The North game). In conclusion, I would like to recognise these two very lovely and generous security guards as they made us feel so welcome and they made us feel more comfortable and happy with our overall experience at Old Trafford Stadium.
