Loved the 6.5 minutes it took my brawny son to open his crate. He loved everything inside and cant wait to try all the unique jerky. Great idea ---will order from yall again.

For the second consecutive year I've had issues with orders. The first year was an issue with a coupon code, this year the items received were not those advertised (there is a disclaimer stating the items pictured may not be available but there is a list of items that will replace them). I reached out to Customer Service (on Father's Day weekend) and they have agreed to make good and will send replacement items. I am disappointed that I have to go through this (especially given the substantial price) but the Customer Service is unparalleled and the product is delicious 😋 Also, last year they made good on the coupon code error as well

I bought the beer customized crate for my significant other for Valentine's day. We realized one of the glasses (stout) was broken when the crate was finally open. I contacted Customer Service via email and inquired about a glass replacement. They responded the next day and to my surprise they sent another whole set of glasses. I will definitely use this company again and I recommend you to use the same. Boyfriend happy, house and life happier! Thank you for such an amazing experience. PR

I ordered 2 items, both were wrapped the way I ordered, they came when they said they would, 1 of them came and the cup was chipped due to "delivery" I am sure. The packaging was pretty good, the box had to take a good hit or 3 to chip the cup in 3 spots. I took pictures, emailed Mancrates and they responded in 2 minutes. They had already started a new order for my replacement BEFORE they contacted me. This is the ABSOLUTE best customer service I have seen in many many years. The quality of their items are great, their customer service is even better. I recommend the products on this website.
