Malaysia Airlines – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a really good experience with Malaysia airlines. Comfortable flights. Flight delayed by storms, Airline processed everyone to hotels and re-scheduled with no fuss.

Tick no232 2471378580.Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow .There was this really helpful and mannered chinese air hostress that give me a great experience on the flight.Always answered my demands even on her break time,and i was maybe kindof rude that time.Soda , Snacks everything i need.She deserves a raise!!.Great experience , definitly using malaysia airlines again.

So sad to see so many negative reviews for Malaysia Airlines. I've been taking long haul flights in economy class for the past 45 years and Malaysia (MAS) was always amongst the very best.. All the airlines are not a patch on what they used to be in terms of service, cost, comfort and food. I flew into Malaysia on Etihad. It was the flight from hell - screaming babies distributed throughout the cabin; cramped narrow, hard uncomfortable seats (a B787 "Dreamliner". whoever thought that one up should be strung up - Nightmare liner more like & not just Etihad- the B787 should be banned from operating it is so bad in the 3-3-3 configuration); lousy food; no coffee served; non-existent service; grumpy cabin crew. In contrast the Malaysia Airlines flight from KUL to LHR on an A350 was a delight and the best flight I have had in many years. Male and female cabin crew were pleasant and attentive and provided service throughout he flight; food was excellent and well-presented; seats were comfortable with good support under thighs; coffee and drinks and snacks served throughout the flight; unlike the B787 there was room to get out of seat and stretch legs; toilets kept immaculately clean. So well-done Malaysia. You will definitely be my first choice to fly LHR KUL in future. Saya sayang Malaysia dan rakyatnya.

I had mixed feelings after booking flights with Malaysia Air as some reviews were very negative. Just completed leg one of four flights today's and I must say I was very impressed by the aeroplane, seating, food and staff attentiveness for us passengers. Special thanks to our hostesses Yoke Chew and Kai Min for all the help today, your friendly approach made the flight so enjoyable. My ranking is right up with Singapore Air well done!

I arrived a KL airport to catch the first flight of a two leg journey. When I looked up my flight details on the screen saw the dreaded 'CANCELLED' in red letters. I spoke to one of the MA representatives and within 15 minutes or so they had managed to get me on to an earlier flight which gave me plenty of time to catch my connecting flight. Something that could have become incredibly stressful was sorted out very quickly with minimal fuss. Thank You.
