I visited the Lowe's store in Fairlawn, VA. I Love this store! I came in for a heat pump filter and went to the wrong area. Jacob was very helpful. He walked me all the way there., and helped me pick it out! Awesome a Big Thank You to Jacob!

Had a refrigerator delivered. Called 30 minutes before, arrived on time. These guys were polite, went OUT OF THEIR WAY!! To make sure none of my moulding was damaged, asked permission for everything and were AMAZING!! Very happy with the whole experience. May not happen often, but you have to complement a job well done. Not just relentlessly complain. It was John and Rodney from the Mills River Distribution Center.

As a contractor, I recommend this store, “Lowe’s Concord CA” very helpful staff, they can do whatever and whenever to satisfy your request. The store is clean and organized, and the items you buy are high quality for the price that you pay. Delivery fees are very reasonable compared to other companies. Sorry if you had a bad experience but, I recommend it.

I went to the Apache Junction store on Ellsworth in Arizona today and as I was wondering the store Fernando asked if I needed help and of course I did. We started looking where the location was supposed to be and didn’t see it. So I said maybe in the garden area so he went all the way there to find out so I didn’t have to walk that far. Came back, said maybe where the shelves are so we walked there didn’t see them so he check the original location and seen the box way up on top, went and got a ladder, went and got a box cutter, help me get 2 containers and got me a shopping cart. I am totally impressed with the assistance I got from Fernando. And the return desk is great also.
