LoveSac – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Need to leave good review here because I agree with another... the bad reviews are USER ERROR!!! these are amazing!!! The people at the retail locations are AWESOME and helped me place my order for the new angled sides. I was ready to buy the other one, but was convinced to wait a few weeks and I'm so happy I did. This couch is awesome. I had to put it together alone and I'm a small woman. I was sweating for sure by the end... but it is doable. I do wish they at least offered it to be delivered and assembled with white glove service... the task of getting rid of that much cardboard alone was a feat! But I'm SO happy with my couch. I've heard issues with the lovesoft fill so I went with the original and its great. Maybe a tiny stiff at first but these things are built to last and the one I sit on the most, after a few weeks, is already wearing in so nicely. They recommend keeping one shipping box incase you want to return one or exchange.. maybe one cushion is weirdly not totally filled right and you want to exchange. I didn't have that problem but I got that advice. I love my couch. Its massive (I have it going three deep seats and an ottoman on one side. This couch is awesome. THey should offer a delivery option but whatever. Im so happy! I never want to move and will be sitting in this spot for the rest of my life.

I have a VERY small space & found that 2 seats and 2 sides are the perfect fit & when I move to someplace with more room I can add more pieces, I saw a lot of horrible reviews here but mostly great reviews everywhere else so since I had such a positive experience I decided to put my review here.. It sounds like most of the issues ppl are having are user error and not paying attention. Sorry not Sorry. These are built for life and if used correctly seem like they will last that long. ppl need to stop blaming a great product bc they don't take care of it or use it correctly.. smh

Beautiful love sacs, and sectionals!!!

We went to the Columbia MD Lovesac mall store on a Saturday purchased our sactional (with the Stealth Tech) and it showed up on my front porch the next Thursday in 19 boxes. Yes, putting it together is a bit tiring & the covers can be problematic if you don't put them in the right way. You'll have to figure that out. Once you start to put them on the finished sactional you'll see what I mean. Customer service has been fantastic, more than helpful. I've even gotten texts from the store manager about our order. From what I've experienced this company is a class act, I am super satisfied & impressed with our overall experience. I only have 1 complaint... I wish that the back cushions were more supportive. We chose the Lovesac fill and they are just not as supportive as I remember them being in the store. We also chose the deep seating option and LOVE this! I totally recommend this option with it you'll have plenty of room to snuggle down with a fluffy blanket.
