After reading some reviews about the poor quality and bad customer services I was a bit apprehensive about ordering these however my daughter really wanted them for her 18th and didn’t want to let her down. At the end of the day it’s the love island brand you are buying which is not at the high end of the suitcase market! I bought my daughter the medium and cabin size suitcase. The quality of the case is ok, the case is not as sturdy as I would have liked. I was a bit disappointed the name sticker was not protected my a covering and can easily come off. With this in mind I have bought some clear suitcase covers to protect them. I had an issue with the product so had to contact customer service, Tara was brilliant and dealt with my problem very quickly, efficiently and to a satisfactory standard. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is the quality of the product, the case is a little flimsy and I am not sure how long the lettering will last which is the main point of these cases. In saying that my daughter is thrilled and looking forward to using them!

Ordered online from the UK store to deliver to Ireland. Tracked the package through FedEx to Ireland. From there it was taken by fastway. This courier company are notoriously poor, so I haven't seen the package since. Once the love Island store were contacted and saw the issue, they quickly issued an apology and processed a refund. Don't think I'll get the product but the manner this was dealt with was exemplary. Thanks especially to Jen in their customer care department. Extremely helpful.

Ordered a personalised water bottle as a birthday present. Left the UK but never arrived with me in Ireland. Upon inspection, this was due to the fact that fastway were the couriers for this item on the Irish side. Having seen the terrible service that fastway have, I made this issue clear to the love Island rep, Jen. She couldn't have been more helpful. She processed a refund and apologised for the mistake of somebody else. I don't think I'll ever receive the bottle but the way the complaint was dealt with was top class. No such praise could be sent the way of the courier. Thanks for the help Jen

I was gifted my second bottle from the shop on Saturday. Today (Tuesday) I noticed the lid was broken so sent a picture with just the email originally used to order and within 10 minutes they have replied saying they will send a new lid. I'm amazed with the fast and helpful response after just one short email
