Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. There is no phone number on their website. I was trying to get a return label as one was not provided in my package. Three emails have gone unanswered. Due to their 14 day returns policy I paid £7.65 to return the item by Royal Mail tracked service. Signed for 4 days ago still no acknowledgment.
