LogoMaker – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I made a logo using their platform. Had a number of changes, and contacted them on about 6 or 7 separate occasions for a change here and there. Baby, Sunish, Mervin, and the whole group were very responsive to my needs, and I ended with a great finished product. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but they gave me great service. Highly recommend them.

Logo Maker was great. After designing and ordering my cards, a question came up asking if I want to create my business officially. I realized then I left out ",LLC"I in my business name. I reached out to Customer Dervice and they immediately credited my acvount the cost of my order so that I could cancel that order, update the card, then reorder. I did so immediately, and effortlessly. I received my cards within 1 week and very happy with the quality.. Note to self next time, use margin tool. What looked even on creation wasnt exactly aligned to the left margin, but no biggie... Thank you Logo Maker

Ordered $200 worth of hats. Order never came. I chatted with an online rep and was told even though they couldn't prove the order was actually delivered, no refund or replacement order...so sad, too bad. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. I was just about to place a large order for another business...so sad, too bad. Use them ONLY if you like to give away $200 to get nothing in return. UPDATE: A representative reached out to me and made a very fair resolution to my problem. I have now changed my star rating from 1 to 4 and will place another order.

I really enjoyed working with Logomaker to create my new business logo! It was fast, great graphics available to choose from and it was helpful the website helped you select the desired graphic to use! I even received help with downloading and using the logo for different needs. Hands down the best website for creating logos!
