Missing items in the first instance. Rapid reply by email from Customer Care who rectified the mistake very swiftly.
I had cause to contact customer service about a mix up in my order. It turned out I hadn’t received the wrong item, I’m just unobservant. I was in contact with Mishellina who swiftly replied to my email and very kindly didn’t call me an idiot. The whole sorry episode was dealt with by her within 10 mins. I still have a red face though.
A part of my order from L'occitane burst in transit and spoiled all of the items in it. I emailed customer service and Sarah sent a replacement within 5 minutes of receiving my photographs. I consider this first class service, thank you Sarah.
