10/10 chocolate 1/10 customer service The chocolates are delightful, poor customer service, needed to cancel the order Christmas eve found cheaper price in shop, unable to speak to customer services, rang Manchester store they couldn't speak to customer services so ended up paying more for this order than at the shop

Unfortunately some chocolate bears arrived broken and initially annoyed at no online response.Have given a 5 star review because when I did speak to customer service they were very apologetic and refunded for all my chocolate bears.

4 stars just cause it took a week to come but it did say 5 days for delivery so I guess it’s not that bad just got worried cause of how many bad reviews there are but it was packaged well ordered the pick and mix box for a gift and I’m happy with it just takes a while.

I have always thought that it's not about the problem, it's about how customer services deal with the issue that counts. In this instance, I contacted them after a problem I had placing an online order. Lauren was polite, efficient, and solved the problem very quickly. 5 star customer service and I adore Lindt products anyway.

Brilliant service, always deliver on time and as described & the Lindt product is just amazing! Keep up the good work Lindt!
