Outstanding customer service. I bought the Hogwarts Castle lighting kit from Amazon and one of the parts was defective. Customer support was friendly and they acted quickly to send a replacement part, which works perfectly. I highly recommend.

Broke one of my Ninjago Garden lightning cord myself however after contacting the helpdesk they shipped me a new one for free! Thats what I call great aftercare! keep up the good work!!!!

The installation of the light kit for the 42111 was fun. Even if someone may also understably have some difficulties with all the small wires & plugs, they do feel to have a certain level of sturdiness. Furthermore, most importantly, the instruction booklet's really well-made & makes it sort of easy to follow. One downside: the receiver board I initially got was unfortunately broken. Big plus, however, there was excellent service with really fast replacement. Well, above all, it really looks cool when finished!
