Lifx products are amazing to begin with and customer support is the best. I have written with Felipe and he has been Great at solving problems with a alot of patience.

Just commenting on the bulbs as I have not needed customer service support. Judging by the prior reviews, I hope I won't need the support! I bought them all directly from Best Buy. We have 15 bulbs throughout the inside and outside of our home. Super easy to set up, assign to groups, and use via Alexa or from the app itself. After a short learning curve to adjust to the updated version of the app (preferred the original version), everything runs as expected. Only problems occur after a power outage, then sometimes have to disconnect a bulb and then screw it back in. Usually pairs back up almost immediately. On rare occasion, a light may disconnect from wifi. No idea why. But easy enough to pair again. Really like the color variations, the ability to set different moods, especially with the outdoor bulbs. Cool effects during the different Holidays! No complaints here!

Wonderful product, and friendly customer support. Their support can take a few days to respond but I presume that's due to the higher demand because of Black Friday. I've been using LIFX bulbs for a while now, and my only problem was sorted by their team. If you'd like smart lights or to just make your home more modern, I'd recommend LIFX ones as they integrate very nicely with Google Assistant.

Product works perfectly for me now that I have adjusted router settings. One unit (of 8) failed after a year and was replaced without any hassle. Great service.

I have four Lifx bulbs in my home and recently had issues with one where the green LED in a bulb failed (making the light appear much more reddish in hue). Contacted Lifx for support and even though the bulb was purchased over four years ago (so well out of warranty), they immediately replied to say they would send me a replacement as a one-off! Great customer service!
