Have booked a holiday to Dubai, due to my husband being ill I have had to made changes to our holiday. Today I spoke to Caroline who was absolutely brilliant, Caroline was so understanding and made everything so easy for me, I cannot thank her enough. She is an absolute diamond . Have gone through letsgo2 for our last two holidays to Ras al Khaimah. On each occasion adviser has been helpful and patient when giving and obtaining necessary details.
