This is the fifth time I've used them and they processed my glasses fast and delivered them in two days. I sent in a pair with scratches and a new pair. I think the person helping me was Shavelle, and he was very helpful.

Ordered progressive lenses and am super happy with the result. Ordered the scratch warranty extension too so we'll see what happens if I need to make a claim. Delivery took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. These lenses are so good I've ordered lenses for 2 more frames I use.

I had an old pair of semi-rimless frames that I loved but hadn't worn in years due to badly scratched lenses. I was not in a hurry - good thing because it did take awhile. The lenses were perfect the first try, but the arms and nose pieces on the frames were badly misaligned, weird because the material is bendable titanium. I was afraid to adjust the frame myself, so they gave me a shipping label. This time the frames returned in perfect condition and I'm so glad to have these glasses back in action. Each phase took something like three weeks. Not so worried about speed, but glad the end result was better than satisfactory!
