i bough ledger nano x past month its great and easy to use i store +2btc + 32 eth to stake them every thing goes smooth with no problem

Ce message fait suite au précédent : je n'ai pas de ticket vu que je n'ai pas eu de problème, je faisait part de mon expérience personnelle. Je suis surpris que ledger m'ait posé la question, mon texte ne laissait pas de doute semble-t-il. J'ai par contre ouvert un ticket et j'ai eu une réponse satisfaisante de la part de ledger en moins de 48 heures.

Suite aux récents messages alarmants concernant les retraits à partir de mon ledger, j'ai envoyé un petit montant de deux cryptos sur deux plateformes de trading, Binance et OKX à des fins de test. Les deux retraits ont été correctement reçus en moins de 2 minutes sur les plateformes. Je n'ai pas testé le transfert sur un portefeuille à chaud. J'ai également fait une demande au service client concernant un autre jeton pour tester leur réactivité, je n'ai pas eu de réponse pour l'instant mais nous sommes dimanche. À suivre... P.S. une opération de maintenance sur les serveurs de ledger a pu ralentir, voire bloquer les transactions fin mars, mais le système a été fonctionnel lors de toutes mes transactions. J'avais fui MetaMask parce qu'il vendait les informations collectées de leurs clients, ce qui ne semble plus être le cas d'après leurs dires, mais chat échaudé craint l'eau froide...

I bought my Nano X two years ago and for the last year or so it's had the battery charge issue (otherwise works fine). I finally contacted Ledger support, expecting the worst given the plethora of bad reviews. I am happy to say they were excellent! They've sent out a replacement, no argument. i strongly recommend them. they may have had some issues over the years with bad hardware and software but ultimately they seem to be coping and going out of their way to retain custom. Thanks Ledger! you're a ledge

This is an edit after the reply from Ledger for a poor review. I'm not actually sure why or how, but I gave my Nano ledger x one more chance this morning(after lots of attempts in the last few months on the same phone/laptop), the day after posting the aforementioned review and also opening a case with the support team. In short, I was able to connect, update my firmware and use the ledger with no issues,a total coincidence I'm sure, but a blessed relief nevertheless. The original review to follow... Bluetooth...connected, not connected...plug in USB, connected....sorry retry. An awful experience, the fact that i've got some crypto stored on it,points to the fact that my phone/laptop are compatible, I have all but given up
