I own five pairs of Kurus, with the sixth currently on its way, all which have made my feet happy for the most part. However my most recent pair the Motion Ridge, had a flaw I felt they needed to know about. They are only a couple months old and the soles are wearing thing within already. I wanted them to know a more durable sole would benefit the otherwise very comfortable stable hiker. They were super prompt in a reply and have given me a credit towards another pair of shoes, wow ! I was not looking for or expecting that but goes to show they have a great customer service team standing behind their products! I am an active 60yr old female whom has suffered with plantar fasciitis, arthritis, Raynauds, high arch, wide forefoot with a narrow heel and Kurus have prevented me from being side lined a lot !!! I am hawking them to people all the time…solicited or not! Thank you team Kuru!

Kuru has made all the difference in the world. They’re the main rotation of my shoe wardrobe, from flip flops to slip-ons to Chelsea boots. My high arches are always fully supported, and there’s plenty of shock absorption between me & the pavement, which helps a lot with the foot pain.
