KORRES – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love Korres, and I'm happy their products are available in the US now. I placed an order in 2024 that I am pleased with. I think it's funny that people can't wait three weeks—the way it used to be before Amazon ruined it for every small company. My order took 2 weeks and I was totally fine with that.

In order to return fragrances, they need to be unopened. But you need to open them to smell them. I ordered their "Mountain Pepper" fragrance - 1 spray later, I found that I don't like it. Reached out to their customer services and they said they won't be able to accept the return.

I waiting for 3 weeks to get my package, it was missing one reward item in my package, email to the company then they replied to me is out of stock, NO SOLUTION provided. Asked for exchanging for other items that is in stock in order to complete the order, the company told me to spend again in order to get my missing item. It is unbelievable. My order was placed on 11/27/24, I am still not able to receive my complete order on 1/8/24. This company is not care about their customer. Pleaser consider before you placed the order from Korres.com

J'ai testé : Santorini grape velvet skin drink sérum - lisse bien la peau, hydrate et donne un glow ; Almond linseed set pour les cheveux (un shampooing et un après-shampooing) est très efficace pour nourrir et hydrater les cheveux colorés, j'ai noté que mes cheveux sont devenus vraiment très doux après la première utilisation ; Body Cream Rosemary Flower et Bellflower shower gel hydrate bien la peau et possède une texture légère ; Le gel douche Bellflower a un parfum floral léger et agréable avec les notes des agrumes ; Le gel douche Basil Lemon a un parfum frais et riche ; Le gel douche Bergamot Pear possède un parfum intéressant, doux et agréable ; Le gel douche Gingembre Lime possède un parfum léger, frais et agréable ; L'ensemble de soins capillaires Aloe & Dittany Collection (shampooing et après-shampooing) - selon la description conforme au cheveux normaux, mais également pour les cheveux colorés, hydrate bien et ajoute la douceur. Le prix est juste, j'ai passé ma commande sur Zalando (France), le traitement de ma commande était rapide, aucun problème avec la livraison. Maintenant cette marque est disponible dans certaines pharmacies, ils propose également le prix juste. Je recommande vivement.

I simply adore Korres products. Shame they do not have any direct shops or resellers in the UK. I always buy lots of product when i go to Greece and that is also an excuse to visit a country I love. In my opinion the Greek Yogurt moisturising cream is the best!
