KITBAG – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was concerned after reading the reviews on this website that there would be problem or delays to my order, but that wasn't the case. I ordered a football shirt at half price on the Saturday 22nd July and it arrived on Tuesday 25th July with free express delivery. It may not have been next day delivery but it was the weekend so i wasn't expecting it to be. I have ordered from other sites that are like Kitbag that charge £5 for delivery and take 3 to 7 days to arrive so I was pleased with that and it was the correct shirt and size. I received emails when my order was completed and when it was sent out. I would use Kitbag again and if your worried by the other reviews then dont be, i hope you will have a good experience like me and if not try contacting them.

Great service and very happy with the quality of the products I received. I am surprised to read so many terrible reviews! I ORDERED ON FRIDAY and it ARRIVED TUESDAY in time for my grandsons birthday…altho the free express delivery said it would be delivered Monday I think it was more a delay by Royal Mail than Kitbag BUT I emailed Kitbag and they replied within hours to confirm it had been dispatched AND gave me a 10% refund for not receiving it on the original delivery date. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE THEM AGAIN.

Orderd Jersey for my brother in law then seen the reviews was worried that it wouldn't show up, est delivery 17th July didn't receive confirmation email but really happy it turned up today 13 July 4 days early, thank you

Items were delivered on time and I’m extremely happy with the quality of the products. The company also kept me up to date with the processing and shipping. I was a little worried about ordering after reading the reviews, but I am more than happy with the service I received and will definitely order again in the future
