Terrible quality control at this company and no help when you call.

Round Bamboo placemats in Navy Blue is what I purchased - INSTEAD I RECEIVED PURPLE PLACEMATS. This was through Amazon. I called up the company - Kim Seybert 877-564 -7850 and spoke to an unhelpful woman named Ishona - time 12:20 pm Eastern time - 7.11.23. And she told me it was a hand dye issue. Wow... that was the entire response. Zero help to a customer. I said this was terrible customer service and there was no response to helping me fix it. So, I am returning this to Amazon and will buy from another company.
