Very trustworthy and transparent company, great website - I looked through many of the bad reviews on trustpilot beforehand, and it seems like people only have bad experiences when they try to make a return, because they don’t read KICKSCREW’s return policy before ordering. I therefore went in to this knowing that it wouldn’t make sense to return my item, and I am very pleased my experience!
