The return policy at Kuerig stinks! When I purchased a new Kuerig brewer I took advantage of their subscription service. I noticed today that a type of coffee that was ordered I would not drink. I asked to return the delivery unopened or refused delivery. I was told there were no refunds. This is insane because they would accept unopened boxes at the grocery store and restock the item. Now I am stuck with a case of coffee pods I can’t drink and they won’t accept a return. Also the coffee maker I purchase in April 2024 works when it wants!! Next coffee maker will not be a Kuerig!! I did receive a replacement box of the coffee that I meant to order and I was instructed to keep the flavor I did not want. I am very impressed with the customer service that I received.

My water reservoir started leaking and I called keurig customer service ans they were amazing they are actually sending me a new reservoir no charge no shipping fees I will definitely be calling them for all my Keurig needs

My Keurig stopped functioning after 3 months. Costumer support was prompt to respond and understanding. After submitting the required information, I received a rejection notice. However the support staff patiently explained what was missing and showed me how to correct the issue. In no time I received a replacement. There was never a wait time when i called.

Unfortunately, the water reservoir for my Keurig K cup coffee maker was leaking. I contacted Keurig customer service, and was pleasantly surprised and how helpful the individual I spoke with was. Within a week, there was a new water reservoir at my front door. It's comforting to know that there are still companies that care about customer service.

I gave a bad review a few days ago regarding my replacement being shipped when only the shipping label had been printed. Well I must say, I’m impressed because I received the replacement Keurig today. I called them on 9/13 to left them know the Keurig stopped working and I received it tonight 9/16. I am happy. I will have my coffee ☕️ in the morning if all goes well either the replacement.
