In 1985 I bought a ladies chain link watch A Kenneth Cole I am still wearing said watch and have almost every day since I bought it!! Have replaced battery 2x Lost it once and cried but found it Yeah Am now77 and not a day goes by that I don't still love it :)

UPDATED REVIEW Ngl I came on here to leave a one star review because I bought my boyfriend a watch from here for Christmas, and he didn’t like it so I decided to return it since the have a 30day refund policy. It seemed like it took forever to get the refund.. I just assumed I wasn’t getting one. But I just got the refund, It took about 40 days from the day I sent out the watch to revive my full refund. & they did respond pretty timely to my emails.. so I’ll give them 4 stars. Wish I could give 3.5

20 years ago I bought a Kenneth Cole leather bag. I was a bit amused that it had a life guarantee, but remembered it after if was worn down after daily use over many years. When I was in New York recently, I told my friends that I would go down and claim a new bag in the KC shop. They all laughed. But truly, I just showed my worn down bag and filled out a form, and they took a photo. Soon after I could pick a replacement bag from the web page and this was mailed to me free of charge. This is an amazing story, which I now frequently tell others. Well done Kenneth Cole!
