I'm baffled by all these terrible reviews! I have worn Keen's for many years and always found the company to be impeccable. Just returned a pair that just didn't fit right with absolutely no problems. There was a Facebook scam about a year ago that was "selling deep discounted Keens". I got scammed and never received the product but my credit card covered it. Wondering if these reviews are actually about that scam?

Owned Boots now for 1 year wear them 80% of the week and they have been incredible! Only minor wear are on laces and the keen logo on the sole. The leather and metal for laces are high quality. Will buy until I die!
I had a huge lower lumbar fusion with cages. Trust me when I say I have tried multiple companies in hopes to find shoes that are comfortable. Well, I stopped looking after buying my keens 2 years ago for hiking. Absolutely off the charts comfortable! Keen shoes provide such excellent support, my back, hips and knees NEVER hurt after enjoying active life in my pair! I just ordered my newest pair, UNEEK. They are just as comfortable as my hikers. Light. Excellent inside support. Light weight. Beautiful style. You have a solid, lifetime fan and now loyal customer. I so recommend your shoes to friends and family.
I've had several pairs of keen boots and sandals over the years, love them!. I did have one bad experience when I bought a pair of a website that must have been a Chinese clone. When I checked my credit card I could see that I'd been charged not only for the sandals but also a foreign exchange transaction fee. So please be aware.
