Wow what customer service. A sign of a company that cares about their brand and customer satisfaction. Told customer service of a problem with my handbag and sent photographic evidence. After producing reciet they sent me an e card and today my lovely replacement bag arrived. Would also add this was done in under a week from start to finish. Thankyou

Excellent customer service and issue resolution. I received an item that unfortunately was faulty and Suzanne dealt with it quickly and efficiently with no hassle for me at all.
