Josh's Frogs – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Worst species vendor EVER. Do not believe the self imposed brilliant marketing. They stink in both customer service and quality. Will never use them again! If you have one good experience with Joshs ...take it and run! It will never happen twice.

I spent thousands of dollars with Joshs. Big mistake. They seem to have a neverending issue with shipping. Shipping wrong products, shipping live purchases to wrong address, NOT shipping what you ordered and the customer service stinks. I spent thousands of dollars my last year using Joshs because I had no choice at the time geographically. Never again. Never never again should anyone trust Joshs for important orders. They promote themselves a lot but should be fixing their problems first.

I've always received great products and service from this vendor. Both on orders directly from their website and through Amazon. I've purchased feeder insects, enclosures, stands, plants and dry goods. I really appreciate their contact free warehouse pickup option.

10/10 I ordered two blue phase whites tree frogs from you guys and their doing amazing!!! I will definitely come back and get some more as long as y’all give me different shades of blue 😂

I have been using Josh's Frogs for 2 years, purchasing frogs, supplies, fruit flies, etc. I have called, emailed and messaged them on social media with questions. I needed fruit flies urgently during the onset of the Covid-19 mess and they got my order out in 2 days even though they were swamped. I have always found great help and support here!
