Costumer service is functioning very well. Very effective in terms of readiness to solve problems. I just received the new products - maybe better instructions on how to apply them could be useful. The quality is excellent, it is just the ”how to do it”. Thank you guys!

After ordering a set of mini miracle balms for myself and being thrilled with the product, I ordered a set for my niece. We are in Germany and Jones road is available here to order online. After receiving an email that they were delivered to my niece’s address all she was able to find was a ripped open package and paper strewn in the entryway of her building. It was not delivered to her, there was no note in her mailbox to pick it up at the post office and someone stole the contents. All I can say is Jones Road’s customer service was fantastic! Not only did they issue me a refund but will be dealing with DHL as we got nowhere with them. There were two customer service reps who were helping me and they were both so incredibly nice and helpful and replied back to me only a couple of hours after I had emailed. There wasn’t even a discussion. They offered the refund wich I received only a few hours later! I will absolutely buy from them in the future and recommend them to pretty much everybody I know. Thank you Jones Road, this is how you run a company!

JRB is a professional company with great products. I had to shop remotely since I live in CA. I also had to process an exchange and return. The customer service team was most helpful, prompt, and courteous. Please open stores in Northern California!
